I went to a yoga class last week with gem, and it wasn't very nice. It just sort of hurt a lot. The class was just called "Yoga." There was another class called "Beginner's Yoga," so we enrolled in that. The first class was today. It was a lot of better. Rather than feel horrible afterward, I feel rather good. We'll see how it goes =D
