Reply-Code Alpha
Posted by Devee on April 05, 2011 at 02:13 AM.

Recently we discovered Algalon the Observer in the depths of Ulduar!
It seems he was automatically summoned to Azeroth after the defeat of
prime designate Loken in the Halls of Lightning. Finding the jailer of
Yogg-Saron dead, partial corruption of the life-support systems of
Azeroth, and complete corruption of Azeroth's planetary defenses
(probably due to both C'Thun and Yogg-Saron), Algalon sent Reply-Code:
Omega to tell the titans to begin re-origination of Azeroth, which
would destroy all life on the planet. Thankfully we managed to best
Algalon in combat, and he had a turn of heart after seeing our will to
live.
Before he perished, he gave me the Reply Code: Alpha, which, when sent
to the Titans, would inform them that all is well. Needing to find a
high-altitude location of great power, I took it to Rhonin, leader of
the Kirin Tor in Dalaran. Apparently there was more to the monument in
the Eventide than I knew, because it sent a signal high into the sky,
temporarily removing what I can only assume was some sort of shield
around the city. We are now safe from re-origination.

Big Push
Posted by Devee on April 05, 2011 at 02:02 AM.

Descending further into Nefarian's mountain, we managed to defeat
Chimaeron (thanks to Finkle), as well as Maloriak, some demonic
experimenter, and Atramedes, a blind dragon that was a test subject of
Maloriak. With the way clear, Nefarian is now, as far as we know,
unguarded.
In the meantime, we have also managed to infiltrate the Skywall in an
attempt to bring down Deathwing's ally, Al'Akir the Windlord,
elemental lord of air. While we haven't felled him yet, we
have managed to take down the Conclave of Wind, his djinni lords of
wind.

Omnitron Defense System

Moving further, we managed to defeat Nefarian's Omnitron Defense
System. I don't want to know how he got it in his lair.

Blackwing Descent
Posted by Devee on April 05, 2011 at 01:55 AM.

There is more trouble than just the Twilight's Hammer of course.
Nefarian seems to have taken residence within Blackrock Mountain once
again. Finding an entrance near his former throne, we have begun to
descend into the mountain. Inside we found a creature known as Magmaw.
After defeating, we realized that it may not have been a minion to
Nefarian after all. It seems it was just a nuisance to him!

Valiona and Theralion
Posted by Devee on April 05, 2011 at 01:53 AM.

Pushing further into the Bastion of Twilight, we found sibling dragons
Valiona and Theralion. Valiona appears to be the same dragon we
encountered in Grim Batol. Unluckily for them, two dragons definitely
weren't enough to stop us.

Assault on the Twilight Citadel
Posted by Devee on April 05, 2011 at 01:51 AM.

The Twilight's Hammer seem to be based out of a location called the
Bastion of Twilight deep in a fortress called the Twilight Citadel.
After getting a strong foothold in the Twilight Highlands, we led an
attack on this fortress. We were "welcomed" by Halfus Wyrmbreaker, who
we defeated in our effort to reach Cho'gall.

Dragonmaw

We ran into some trouble with the Dragonmaw Clan in the Twilight
Highlands. At first they were aggressive toward us, but after the
Horde help instigate a rebellion, the new Dragonmaw leadership has
allowed the clan to rejoin the Horde.

Aerial Assault on the Twilight Highlands

The Horde next led an aerial assault on the Twilight Highlands. I was
hoping it would go better than our assault on Vashj'ir, but we
crashed...

Thrall does seem more in touch with the elements now. Still, I miss

okay.

Vashj'ir
Posted by Devee on April 05, 2011 at 01:36 AM.

Finding a new continent off the coast of the Eastern Kingdoms,
Hellscream was quick to launch a naval assault at Vashj'ir.
Unfortunately, we found ourselves at the bottom of the ocean. That's
not enough to stop the Horde! Not only did we manage to survive, but
we also fought back the Naga who were seeking to dominate the Abyssal
Maw and stopped the Twilight's Hammer from corrupting some very
powerful creatures.

Valley of Spirits
Posted by Devee on April 05, 2011 at 01:33 AM.

While I was happy to contribute to creating a new home for us
Darkspear in the Echo Isles, it seems that the Valley of Spirits here
in Orgrimmar is still our true home. Vol'jin seems on the verge of
turning his back on the Horde, and I don't think that's the correct
path for us. Yes, Garrosh is rash, but the Horde needs us now more
than ever.

Changes
Posted by Devee on April 05, 2011 at 01:29 AM.

It has been a long time since I've written. It was difficult to write
with so much turmoil all around us. Deathwing's return and elemental
upheaval brought a cataclysmic shattering across Azeroth. Combined
with the drastic change in leadership of Thrall giving the Warchief
position to Hellscream and Baine taking over for Cairne after the
Grimtotem's treachery, this proved to be a terrible hardship on the
Horde. It seemed like there were always more people in need of my
healing, and when there weren't, there was plenty of work needed to
rebuild Orgimmar as well as build a home in the Echo Isles.
