Hand of Greed – Dodge the Blade / iPhone/iPod / Reviews
My latest review is up on Game-Boyz.com for Hand of Greed – Dodge the Blade. The game is pretty simple. There are a bunch of spinning blades on the screen that you have to avoid while collecting treasures. It’s really enjoyable, and I still cringe and pull away when a knife “cuts” my finger. It’s also the first game published by Appular, which is a PR firm I’ve talked with repeatedly, so that’s kind of cool! My review copy, as usual, was provided to me for free.

Paranormal Agency / iPhone/iPod / Reviews
My review of Paranormal Agency is up at Game-Boyz.com. I received it for free from G5 Entertainment, and this is the second hidden object game published by them that I reviewed. I really enjoyed it; it seemed much better than the previous one I played.

Boxing Fighter / iPhone/iPod / Reviews
Reviewed Boxing Fighter today. My review copy was received free. It’s a relatively simple fighting game with punches, charged punches, and blocking, although the blocking and charged punching didn’t seem to help me much. You can train your character, which I really liked, but it wasn’t very in depth. Oh, and the game crashed every couple minutes. I think I’d like the game much more if that was fixed in a patch, heh.

I just posted a review of Battle of Puppets from Small Wonders. It’s a strategy game for the iPhone, and I really enjoyed it. The game was fun, but what I liked most was the gorgeous visuals and great music. Battle of Puppets was $0.99 when it was given to me but is currently $1.99.
