I went to Gem’s today to play Cranium with her, Jackie and Edward. I was kind of nervous to talk to her dad again, but he seemed nice. It’s been a while since I’ve seen Jackie or Edward. Cranium is an amazingly fun game. Gemma and Jackie were on team with Edward and I on the other. We were horrible at having to hum songs, the sports questions, the movie questions… um yeah, we sucked a lot XD. But it was a lot of fun, and the charades-esque questions were very cool. I can’t believe Edward got some of the stuff that I did. And apparently when humming a song, trying to have your teammate guess it, trying to spell out the name of the song with hums (3 hums equals a C, etc.) is cheating. Yeah. Edward and I thought we just had a great strategy. Anyways… 25 hours and 45 minutes left in this year. Wow. Oh, and I got Fluffy Butt’s hat from Gem! ^_^

Tuesday I went out with Gem to see Meet the Fockers, but the theater was closed due to water damages. We went to Tilly’s, and then to Best Buy. She bought a gift for someone, and I picked up what I wanted to get for a friend of mine. Gemma had a surprise for me that she was worried the rain would hinder. It was still raining lightly, but she decided to go ahead with it. We went up to Palos Verdes and had a dinner that she prepared for us. She brought sandwiches, spaghetti, cookies, pepsi, and apple cider. We ate on a hill overlooking the city on a blanket. It was raining lightly but not too much. Everything was very beautiful, and the view was great! It was such a nice evening with such a wonderful person. I’m so glad I got to spend the evening with Gemma… it was great, and I really love her =D

I went bowling with some people today. I think I would have broken my record game, but a little kid in the next lane threw his ball into my lane when it was my turn on a crucial frame. It was a gutter ball. =/

After we bowled, Sam left, and the rest of us went to La Capilla. We had to wait about an hour for a table… seemed like forever. I finished Everything and a Kite during dinner. Then we went to Roda’s house, where she and Achala were watching Napolean Dynamite. It was good to see both of them. It had been a long time since I’d seen Achala, so that was cool. It hadn’t been that long since I’d seen Roda, but from UCI, I was used to seeing her often. I had a great time.

On Christmas Eve morning, I went out for sashimi, sushi, and tempura with my mom and grandpa. It was very tasty! I wish I could eat that more often. Then we went back to my aunt’s to spend the day with the family. Haley and Mitchel, my cousins, are so cute. Haley going to break a lot of hearts someday. I spent most of the day reading Digital Fortress. I read a couple pages before going to my aunt’s, but I basically started it that day. My stepdad got a 20 questions game, and the thing’s amazing. I don’t know how it’s able to guess correctly. I got cool stuff too. I received some DVD movies (copies), blank DVDs, a glass paperweight (my grandfather makes them… actually quite awesome, I’ll take a photo or something), a wallet and keychain from friends of my grandparents, a travel case for suits/clothes, a bag from a casino, cookies, a PS2 memory card, Red Zone deodorant, body spray, and body wash, a Starbucks gift card, five nice shirts, a denim jacket, a body pillow, and Domain cologne and aftershave. I got money too of course. The movies had a good selection, the paperweight is amazing (my grandfather is really talented, I think), the body pillow is amazing… yeah I’m happy with everything I guess. Man, that body pillow is awesome. I spent Christmas Eve night with my mom.
On Christmas, the family came to my mom’s house. I spent most of the time alone in an extra bedroom reading Digital Fortress. I finished it, and it’s really good. I had fun seeing my family. My great-grandmother bought me a lotto ticket… but I lost =/. My dad drove me to Gem’s where we exchanged gifts. I’m glad I got to see her; I miss her so much, and she gives the best hugs =D. She gave me a super cute Build-A-Bear named Fluffy Butt. And I lovez him (and her)! He’s dressed like Woody from Toy Story. She liked my gifts as well. Overall, it was a great Christmas! Now, I’m off to watch a movie!

Last week, I saw Spanglish with Herbert, David, Mike, and David and Mike’s cousin (Phil, I think). It was cool to see them again. The next day, I went shopping with Gemma. It was great to see her again… I missed her as usual =D. I had a chance to buy Digital Fortress. Later, I went to Hanah’s with Herbert where we hung out with Avi. Hanah was at a show, but she came back, and we to David’s. Good times. We watched The Ring, and David told jokes about being rich that somehow didn’t seem mean. Another day, I went to La Capilla with Jay and Joseph. Tasty, good times. Afterwards we went to Joe’s where we almost played Risk, played El Dorado, and hung out. Joseph bought me a nice gift with cool pepsi wrapping paper!

On Monday, I went to Alex’s house. We went to Taco Bell for dinner, and we watched Run Lola Run and Shaun of the Dead. Both were really good movies. Gemma called that night, having to pay $1/min to talk to me. I hung out with Alex on Tuesday, and we decided to go see Shaun that night. We went to the Pike and played DDR at the arcade. Then we drove to San Pedro, drove back, went to 7/11 for food, and then went back to Shaun’s place. Alex left, and I crashed at Shaun’s. Gem called that night again, which was very nice. I miss her… she’s having a great time though =D. Today, Shaun and I took the buss/metro to CSUDH. He had to pay a bill. Then I visited Gonzales, Almeida, Maruna, McVay, and Lewis. It was a lot of fun. We ran into Joseph there too. There’s a play at CAMS tomorrow at seven, so I’m gonna go. It’ll be cool.

I went to my mom’s house Friday night. On Saturday, I came home and went out with Gem. We saw Polar Express, which was entertaining but not great. Afterwards, we went to Souplantation for dinner. I like their salads… so tasty. It was a lot of fun, and we had been together for two months that day. Today, I just tried to get WebPageless to work. I can connect to it with neither Windows networking nor FTP. I can’t get my e-mail to work right either. Gemma called me while she was with Mayra, and they decided to stop by. It was nice to see Gemma again, and meeting Mayra was fun. She seems pretty cool!

I can’t really describe everything that happened, but I went to KFC / Taco Bell with Andy and Jaysen. It was so fun. Lots of weird sexual jokes, pediphilic stuff, yelling… loud screaming/singing…
Anyways, I’m going to hell. Yes.

It was nice to finally not have work to do last night. I played WoW for about an hour. I tried going to dinner with the guys in my suite. They actually said that they were hungry but couldn’t leave because they were playing WoW so I ate with Jaysen. Gem and Allison came in, and we hung out with them too. Later that night, Gemma and I went to see Live Nude People. The theme was XXX-mas. I really enjoy LNP… it was very fun this time. To put the title of this entry in context, they taught us a Kwanzaa carol. A girl asked me if I knew a Russell, and she turned out to be Russ’s friend Robyn. I thought that was pretty cool. Right now, I’m at my mom’s house for my brother’s birthday. He’s 12 today!

I was doing my homework tonight when I became aware of friends that were drinking. They all left the room and locked themselves out. They can’t call duty line to get back in because when duty line opens the door, the alcohol will be in plain view. Also, some people who weren’t drinking had their keys, books, school work, and laptops in the room. Very amusing.
