Monday / Tuesday

I was very tired yesterday. I would have slept at an okay time if Roda wasn’t online, but she’s interesting to talk to. Anyways, during Calculus II I thought about studying for the physics test but decided to do little/nothing instead. Jaysen worked on his study guide during Calculus I, so I figured I’d copy his when he was done and played Warfare Incorporated. During break I started to copy Jaysen’s study guide but talked to Jon instead.
I was leaning towards not going to the test, but I wanted a copy of the test. We decided to show up, take the tests, and leave but then changed to plan to include taking the test and just guessing for everything. I photocopied Jaysen’s study guide anyways just to use to study off of, and then we went to physics. Joseph came too, and Joseph, Jon, and myself guessed on all the multiple choice, filled in crap on the three free response, and turned in the tests. Newman came out after us and asked us what we were doing. She told us to take the test even if we’re not prepared. We informed her that we weren’t prepared at all and have grades high enough to make this test not matter. She said that it looked like we were about to go to an interview and if we had somewhere to be we were free to go.
Please read the related story at bwaht.
The three of us walked to KFC where I spent $10, and then I had to get back to physics lab. Linda had finished the one that was due that day. We worked on our make up lab, the lens and mirrors lab. I mentioned to Cheryl that my “dream team” would be Imai and Wiley. And then Imai came in to the room, and both Wiley and Imai helped us work on the lab. It was amazing. Sexually. Imai told me to make a rays diagram, and I told him that I wasn’t familiar with that term. He told me that it would be on my next test. I thought about it for a few seconds before realizing that it was probably on the test from that day, and I just wouldn’t know anything about it.
I walked around for a while, talking with Ian and some underclassman who seems to be involved with dance. He was pretty cool, but I have no clue who he is. I then went to the theater with Gemma and Antonio where I finally beat Warfare Incorporated. I still have the challenge missions to play, and I can try it on hard mode. There was an underclassman there with his girlfriend talking to some drama people. He started rubbing her ass, which we immaturely commented on to eachother but really wasn’t anything. Then the guy started pushing his hands between her ass cheeks and squeezing pretty hard. It was pretty funny. We kept laughing (and I crossed my legs). When they left we yelled “bye” and “thank you.” I don’t know if they understood or not.
I went to the cafeteria to eat with Andrei, and we talked to Javier on the phone. We’re gonna go see him after school on Thursday, and we discussed taking a Microsoft Certified Professional test.
After finding Herbert, he took William and me to Starbucks where I bought an expresso brownie and a venti strawberries and creme frappaccino. I had never had that drink before, and it was pretty good. When we got back, we headed to the theater. I sat in the second row with Ryo, Genevieve, Linh-Nam, Christine, Xavier, Cheryl, Gian, and David Hoang. I enjoyed watching a lot, but I won’t discuss the play here because it will have its own post tonight/tomorrow. After intermission, Christine and Xavier left, but Alex took their place. When it was over, people came out on stage as always. When Chris came out, I screamed like crazy. It hurt my voice.
Linh-Nam offered to drive me from the theater to the SACs. It was quite the adventure. Linh-Nam noticed a spider hanging between him and the steering wheel. He pulled back from it, but it fell on to his chair. He scooted to the left, I scooted to the right, and we were both laughing. It started walking around and we both squirmed to stay away from it while still driving (slowly through the parking lot). Later I pointed at his lap and yelled “there it is.” He jumped. Fun times.
It was 1:30 by the time I showered and finished my exploration so I just went to bed. I did the first problem of the calculus homework in the car on the way to school this morning and got it stamped as incomplete. I’ll do it later. I brought a calculus book today so I can work on homework after school.
Although I brought the book, I found out that Roda’s staying today for the show too, so I’m going to see what she’s up to after school and go with her and her friends (if that’s cool with everyone at the time). I also pointed out to Maruna that Roda’s name tag said “Rodo.” She laughed and said that she was still Roda.
Okay, more later.

18 more days of high school

Calculus II, Calculus I, and English were normal. The Government test was easier than I thought it would be. We went to physics and got the practice test. Then I went to Starbucks with Russell, Jon, Joseph, and Kamal. I got a grande java chip frappaccino and a cinnamon roll. Then we went back to CAMS for lunch. I ate with Shaun, Kamal, and Antonio. After wandering around for a bit, I went to Jack-in-the-Box with Andrei and Christian where I got a large strawberry soda. After more wandering around at CAMS, I found Jaysen and we decided to go back to Starbucks. Robby went with us. This time I got a venti java chip frappaccino. Entonces fui a la fiesta de espa

19 more days of high school

I only did the first couple problems out of the 15-or-so we had assigned. I did the first part of the Presidential roles worksheet. I have a study guide for the test but haven’t looked at it yet. I’m looking forward to school ending. I have to go to physics today because it’s the last class before the test. I’ll have to go Monday too to take the test and Wednesday and Friday to prepare for the final. Monday’ll be our last lab. We need to make up the mirrors/lenses lab. There’s calculus homework through Wednesday, but then there will be no more calculus homework. The Saturday after next week is prom and Christine’s birthday. The Wednesday following is the physics final, and that Friday is the business convention. Then we have a week that as of now is stress-free. That is followed by a three-day week with graduation on Thursday. I need to do a lot of calculus this weekend and read a lot of physics. Sunday’s Mother’s Day. I hope something fun and relaxing happens this weekend too.

Da United States of Atweena

Government was kind of interesting today. We got into seven groups, each representing a country. Two countries were at war. Each of these countries had to convince other countries to ally with themselves. I was the leader of one of the warring countries. All other countries allied with us, and we decided to remove all borders, becoming Da United States of Atweena, run by a council with equal representation from all states, including the original enemy. Jon put the “Da” in there just to differentiate us from the true USA, lol. Fisher said that in no other class did Atweena win, in no other class did one side get all countries, in no other class were all borders removed, and it would never work in real life.
Fun stuff.

Tech Guys

I forgot to mention than Jon and I were called to Maruna’s to be intereviewed for an article about CAMS techies. Seemed a bit strange, lol. They took our picture with Andrei huddled over a monitor and then asked us both questions.

Kamal eats ice cream while pooping

Today was the crappy continuation of yesterday.
We got new seats in Calculus II. I sit with Valerie, Camille, Eloka, and Alex of course (lol). Good group. I got a 95% on my test, which comes to 102% with the extra credit, and I was the only person to get the hard problem.
There was some leaked information, but everything worked okay with a small change in plans.
Next week is the make-up lab. Then, no more labs! That’s such a tiring class.
Starbucks gift cards make life cheaper. =D Kamal denies it, but it seems he brings ice cream to the bathroom with him…

Weird Dream, Day with Mom and Pete

I had a dream the other night that I was inside some RPG. I needed to get a serial/key for something from my ex. I went to see her and found her living in a truck with her family. It was really white trashy, and everyone was stupid so I ran away. Then I was with my dad. The RPG was about some sort of gay-political-leader-run conspiracy. And there were rainbow colored whips (used as weapons).
Mom and Pete took me to get fitted for a tux and to pay the rental fee yesterday. Afterwards we went to Souplantation for lunch. They gave me my allowance and a gift card to Starbucks for no reason. Then we went to Fry’s where they bought me a printer ^^ I showed him the other laptop, and he said he’d look into what kind of discount he can get on it. He also said that if we do some big blimp-dressed-as-Allah thing on the Muslims, we should call it Allah-palooza.
Oh and I watched a movie called A Mother’s Fight for Justice last night about a mother fighting against a drunk driver who hit her son, making him mentally disabled. Good movie.

English Final Day

I think the final went okay. I didn’t really like the essays though. I couldn’t remember Cassio’s name when writing about Othello, but it eventually came to me.
Herbert’s lab group was in the counselling center. He said that Robby now goes to lab to listen to directions and such when they’re not there. That’s pretty sad.
While standing around by the vending machines with Shaun, Matthew, and Anthony, some shirtless dude came walking from around the gym towards that vending machine near the front of the gym. He was only wearing shorts, he was hairy, and he was very ugly. We just started cracking up, and I think he noticed. I guess the vending machine didn’t work because he turned towards us. Matthew ran into the SAC the rest of us just continued talking. The ugly dude came up to use the vending machines. We got really silent, trying to hold in our laughter. Matthew came out thinking he had gone and just walked right past us. I asked him if he wanted to stay and talk. He walked around the corner and then began laughing. Finally the ugly guy left. God damn it was funny. And someone was talking about Andrei. He said that Andrei doesn’t like blacks, but basically wants to be black. There were some funny impersonations of him too.
I hung out with Jaysen, Herbert, and Robby for a while. We had a tic-tac-toe tournament, and I did my graduation speech impressions. I talked with them for a while, wandered around, and then talked with Anthony while waiting for my dad. Now it is weekend. I like weekend.

IDP, Starbucks, Movie Night, UCI

Jaysen and I met with Shirin to talk about IDP. I guess her parents worked out all of our figures. All I need to do is the write up and the graphs. That’s cool I guess. I’m going to send it to her by Saturday night.
After IDP, Jaysen and I sought Herbert. We printed and passed out some surveys for him and then dragged him to Starbucks with us. I had a chocolate
brownie frappuccino while relaxing and talking. Our money got all mixed up. I guess I owe Herbert two dollars.
Then I went to Movie Night hosted by Yearbook. I made Jaysen go with me too. At the door, Fisher said it was $25. I said “so… by $25, you mean $3, right?” He just laughed and agreed. They were playing School of Rock, but I was more interested in relaxing with friends. We found Judy and hung out with her the whole time. Fun stuff man.
I decided to go ahead and finally do it. So um, I’m an anteater now. Go UCI? I accepted, applied for housing, and accepted all financial aid. I think that’s all I have to do at this point. Someone let me know if I’m mistaken.
Should I go to that party Ian’s been pushing? I’ll have to find a ride and two dollars tomorrow. Looking into a tux on Saturday afternoon.
No homework tonight. Four hour English finals aren’t all bad it seems. ^^;;

Twenty-four more days of school

Lan said that some people play basketball during physics. That means that they’re right outside of the administration building and ditching class. Maybe Baker doesn’t care as much.
I like how Gian claimed that he wasn’t missing his Sound and Sense book. He said that he just left it at home. I guess he didn’t realize that Ms. Maruna already had his book. Nancy read “nowhere” as “now here.” Wilbert and I kept laughing throughout the period.
Achala and Shirin took notes in Fisher’s today during that PowerPoint presentation. I swear, they try too hard. Robby made sound effects for Fisher because his sound wasn’t working. It was pretty funny. He did explosions and stuff. And Eloka thought that Watergate was the name of the front gate at the White House.
Today on the way to lunch May approached me. She introduced herself saying that I didn’t know her even though I did. She pointed out her friend and said that they wanted to borrow my backpack. I think by backpack she was referring to my laptop case. I asked her what she wanted it for, and then she requested my jacket, shoes, or sunglasses instead. I kept asking her what she wanted them for. She said “oh, so that’s a no then?” I told her that it wasn’t a no, but that I wanted to know what she wanted my stuff for. She took that as a no. Sort of confusing. I bet they were trying to see how many people they could get to give them stuff or something. Oh well.
